Att Göra
The To-Do list is the default list for all one-time tasks in the store that are not scheduled in the Schedule. This could be, for example, deviations from the store rotation or other tasks that you create during the day. It is quick and easy to create To-Do items. To-Do items can be enhanced in several different ways. Below we go through each field on the To-Do item.
Title and Description
Use the title and description to explain what needs to be done. The title is displayed everywhere including on Storecast, while the description is available if you click into the item.
Images and Files
To make it extra clear what needs to be done or how something should be done, you can attach images and files to your task. You can take a photo with the camera on your mobile devices, or upload images from your photo library. When it comes to files, we currently support PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for up to 100 MB maximum size per file.
Responsible Person
You can assign a responsible person to the task, either by selecting active user accounts or writing freely. If you choose an active user account, a push notification will be sent out to the person designated as responsible.
Priority and Deadline
To sort what should be done first, you can use Priority and Deadline. By clicking on Priority, you can choose Low, Normal, High, or Urgent as priority levels. Tasks with a higher priority level are sorted upwards in the list. You can also add a deadline for when the task should be handled at the latest. Within a priority level, tasks are sorted in chronological order.
Integrations
In addition to custom items, tasks from external systems may also appear in To-Do, for example from your bottle return machine, vending machine, or HR system. For each task, the sender is marked so that you can keep track of where tasks come from.
